North Main Street at the intersection of East Washington was scheduled to reopen Wednesday at noon, however, it has been delayed, according to Vicki Davis, director of the Hinesville Downtown Development Authority.

She said there have been problems finding some existing utilities lines.

The required relocations that will be completed by Friday, November14, 2008.  Main Street will be reopened immediately following the completion of utility relocations.
