Pastor Dave Hanson at Hinesville First United Methodist has asked all members and guests to wear the clothes they normally wear to work to the 11:00 A.M. worship service on Labor Sunday, September 2nd.

The congregation will celebrate holy communion and recognize the importance of our everyday work.  Rev. Hanson will share John Wesley’s views on work .

Hanson says when he has asked other congregations to do this on Labor Sunday it is amazing the variety of uniforms logo shirts, and work related items show up.  One lineman wore his pole climbing gear and clanked all morning.
