AUSA sets soldier appreciation

The Coastal Empire Chapter of AUSA has set a soldier appreciation.

The salute to active duty, Reserve, retired soldiers and civilian members of the Association of the United States Army will be Feb. 18 at Fort Stewart's Club Stewart, starting at 5 p.m.

Speakers will be Maj. Gen. Tony Cucolo, commander of the 3rd Infantry Division and Fort Stewart, Gen. (ret.) Gordon Sullivan, former chief of staff of the U.S. Army and AUSA president, and CSM (ret.) Jimmie Spencer, director of NCO and Soldier Programs for AUSA.

There will also be hors d'oeuvres, door prizes and booths set up by area businesses and organizations.
