Fort Stewart closes Main Street gate

Monday, Fort Stewart will permanently close gate 2 off South Main Street in Hinesville and Troupe Avenue until further notice.
Gate 3 off Georgia 47 (Old Sunbury Road) and Harmon Avenue on Fort Stewart will operate 16 hours daily from 5 a.m.-9 p.m.
