Members of Hinesville American Legion Auxiliary and several members of the local chapter of Vietnam Veterans of America recently took 425 bags of fruit to the Carl Vinson VA hospital in Dublin. The ladies of the auxiliary who participated included, from left, Treasurer Anneliese Knapp and President Anet Owens. The auxiliary also donated 100 pairs of socks to the veteran’s hospital.
