Missing girl believed to be in Hinesville

A missing Milton Pennsylvania teenager is believed to be in Hinesville. Meya McDowell, 13, was last seen in Milton Pennsylvania at her foster home on June 7, according to the Milton Police Department.


Her current custodial arrangement is the Northumberland County Pennsylvania Children and Youth Services Department. Her brother, Manny is also missing from a separate foster home in Sunbury Pa.

He has been missing for over two weeks according to Children and Youth who is also the custodial agency for Manny.

Milton Police reported the young girl took a few bags of clothing with her when she left. The investigation has produced leads suggesting the children may be in the process of relocation to Hinesville Georgia possibly with the assistance of unidentified adult persons.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Meya or her brother Manny is encouraged to call Sgt Todd Ulrich, the lead investigator at the Milton Police Department at 570-742-8757 or through their Facebook page.
