The two people killed Tuesday in Long County were identified as Mark Richardson, 30, and Shamica Richardson, 26.

They were cousins, according to Long County Deputy Coroner Robert Parker.

Mark Richardson was found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound at his home on the 1400 block of Tommie Hines Road. Authorities found Shamica Richardson suffering from a gunshot wound at her home in the 1500 block of Tommie Hines Road. She was taken to Winn Army Community Hospital on Fort Stewart, where she was later pronounced dead.

She is not military, but WACH is a level 4 trauma center.
