National Day of Prayer
The United Ministeral Alliance of Liberty County is holding a drive-through Day of Prayer on Thursday, May 7 at 11:30 a.m. in the roundabout at the intersection of Main Street and Memorial Drive in Hinesville.
This is the 69th annual National Day of Prayer.
In its announcement, the UMA said, “Pastors throughout Liberty County will lead us as we pray for the local community, our soldiers, and our nation. Roll down your windows, honk your horns, and let the world know that we’re united in prayer. We can’t gat her, but we can pray.”
Grab & Go meals
America’s Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia has partnered with several locations in Savannah as well as Effingham, Liberty and Tattnall County to provide Grab & Go Meals for Children. Service is for children 18 years old and younger.
