Although officials said Thursday that a news release would be issued, there has been no word from the Tattnall County Sheriff’s office on the alleged DUI case of Atlantic Judicial Circuit DA Tom Durden.
Durden confirmed Thursday he was in an accident Wednesday. He did not comment on any charges. He said he was not injured.
It has been reported that Durden was charged with DUI by the Tattnall County Sheriff’s Office.
