LONG COUNTY, GA – The Georgia Department of Public Health has announced the death of a Long County resident from complications of COVID-19. The individual was a 75-year-old male who had underlying medical conditions.
This is the first confirmed COVID-19 related death in Long County, where there have been 8 confirmed cases of the illness.
