Diverse catches all around coast

Hello, everyone. Tight Line Jr. here. Ole’ Tight Line is taking a little time off, but he will be back with us soon.
I have several reports from all around the coast. Randy and Barbara Robbins, fishing off Tybee Pier, landed two pompano — nice sized ones, too. They nabbed two three-pound flounder, one three-pound blue and a 30-pound jack. That’s a haul. Mr. George Ginter, fishing with his side kick, Guy “the anchor man” Browning, caught seven trout, eight spottail bass and three black drum. Mr. G. fishing solo caught seven trout off the dock.
Joe Parker, who was out fishing with Allen Vicitnats, caught 22 trout. That’s a good day. A lady named Retha Ware caught and landed a 55 pound black drum while using a cast net at Lake George. Now that’s a net full.
Yellow Bluff Marina reports having live shrimp and minnows and Half Moon has live shrimp.
It looks like the dock tour is catching on, so remember what Ole’ Tight Line says. Get out there and go fishing and if you do, always remember to keep a tight line.
I say if you’ve got a dock, go fish off of it, keep a sharp eye and watch that cork go down.

Your Buddy,
Tight Line Jr.
