Dock tour rolling along nicely

Howdy, folks. Tight Line Jr. here. I hope you are enjoying this three-day weekend. I have a few reports from the dock tour.
Lu Smith, my good friend and co-captain of the dock tour, and our friend Lara Deloach went finishing in a secret location in Richmond Hill. Lu, also known as the fishing queen, had a good day on the dock. They netted five nice trout and nine pretty spottail bass. I was invited to go — sorry I missed that trip.
But I did hit the dock with Boo Hall and Captain Hippie. We had 14 live shrimp and 11 fish, five spottail, five sheepshead and one spade — not a bad day.
On Saturday, Boo Hall and I took the tour and caught a 23-inch spottail, one flounder and four sheepshead. We also had a great time cleaning them — that’s part of the fun.
I will be back next week with some more reports from the holiday weekend.
Yellow bluff is still open for bait. Rayburn has live shrimp and minnows. Mr. Don at Half Moon has live shrimp. Sunbury crab Company and Marina has live shrimp and minnows. Big Rudy at the Sunbury Country Store has frozen shrimp, cigar minnows, bally hoo and finger mullet.
Remember what Ol’ Tight Line always said: Get out there and go fishing and, if you do, always remember to keep a tight line. I always say hit the dock, keep a sharp eye and watch that cork go down. Until next time, happy sailing, my friends. Go wet a hook — it’s good for you.

Your buddy,
Tight Line Jr.
