The Half Moon Marina Sport Fishing Club on Colonel’s Island is hosting a tournament Saturday, April 14. Entries must be received at the marina by 9 a.m. The fees are $15 for members and $20 for non-members. Weigh-in is from 5-6 p.m. at the marina. All fish weighed will become the property of the fishing club to be used for a future fish fry. Other fish donations will be accepted.
First-place anglers will receive $300; second- and third-place payouts will be based on 20 paid entries. An awards dinner will take place at 7 p.m. at Eve Park. Hamburgers and hot dogs will be served. Covered dishes and dessert donations will be accepted. Club fees are $50 for a family membership and $25 for individual memberships.
