So many fish it's hard to keep up
Tight line

Hello, everyone. Ol’ Tight Line and Tight Line Jr. here with a few fishing reports from around the coastal area.
Will Hall, Lenny Hall and Slade Hall were out fishing somewhere near the Julienton River and had a good day. They caught 20 trout, five flounder and a few croakers.
Rodney Hall and Shawn Branson netted 20 trout, four flounder and four Spanish mackerel.
Yeah, there sure were a lot of Hall’s out on the river.
Joe Fanning was out fishing with Chuck Gaskin and Leon Braun. They pulled in 30 trout, one spot tail bass and three flounder. Matt Fanning and Mike Wall netted 15 trout, one spot tail and two flounder.
Jason Jones and his bride landed four triple tail and six trout.
Phillip McCaller and Billy Kirk were out with John Rogers and snagged the limit on trout, landed five spot tail bass and two flounder. Capt. Bing, Capt. John and their party were fishing offshore and hauled in 28 red snapper, 40 vermilion snapper and 39 black sea bass, plus a grouper for good measure.
The dock tour featured Boo Hall landing four black sea bass, two black drum and five croakers all this dockside.
Yellow Bluff has live shrimp and minnows. Halfmoon Marina has live minnows and fresh refrigerated bait. Big Rudy at Sunbury Country store has frozen shrimp, local squid, bally-hoo and finger mullet.
So remember what Ol’ Tight Line says and get out there and get fishing. And if you do, always remember to keep a tight line. I always say hit the docks, keep a sharp eye and watch that cork go down.

Your buddy,
Tight Line Jr.
