Weather great for some fishing
Tight Line

Hello everyone, Tight Line Jr. here. We’ve had some nice weather for fishing. The cool weather and a breeze keep the gnats away. I have a few reports to share with you from around our coast. Tony and Ryon Harmon and Joe Maley set out fishing at the Sunbury Crab Company and Marina where they landed 13 trout, three spot tail bass and two sheep head.
Tony Harmon, along with family and friends, fished out of Sunbury and over a period of two days, they caught 39 trout, 14 spot tail and five flounder, and many more that were caught and released.
Captain Jake Horton and Shawn “Natty” Branson caught 10 bass, 17 trout and eight whiting. I’ll stop by for dinner. Horten, Billy Kirk and “The Nat” hauled in 19 trout, two spot tails and a whiting.
Over at the dock tour, Junior and Boo Hall netted four spot tail, three croaker and two nice sized trout.
Yellow Bluff reports having live shrimp and minnows, Half Moon reports having live shrimp. So remember what Ole’ Tight Line says, get out there and go fishing. And if you do go, remember to always keep a tight line.
By the way friends, come out and see Tight Line Jr, downstairs at the Sunbury Crab Company and Marina on Oct. 30 and 31, for some fishing tips, some roasted oysters and some shaphire bullets. Keep a sharp eye and watch that cork go down.

Your Buddy,
Tight Line Jr.
