A South Carolina man was injured earlier this week in Midway when a suspected drug deal went wrong.
Liberty County Sheriff’s Office Detective Tracy Jennings said Schylar Morgan, 30, of St. Helena Island, was shot in the upper left arm about 6 p.m. Monday when he allegedly tried to sell three pounds of marijuana to an unidentified man in the Holmestown Road area.
