Members of the Isle of Wight area’s neighborhood watch group recently received a letter of support from Liberty County Sheriff Steve Sikes.

“This community-based crime watch program is a simple and direct approach toward protecting our community form criminal attacks. … The Liberty County Sheriff’s Office stands ready to assist and to support you with this program,” wrote Sikes, who is standing with watch members Faye Barton, Suzie Scherz and Eva Robertson.
