A man was fatally stabbed at a Midway hunting club early Sunday, according to Liberty County Sheriff's Office Detective Dennis Davis.

Davis Williams Jr., 28, was found dead of multiple stab wounds Sunday morning at the 12 Gauge Hunting Club on Lewis Frasier Road. Deputies arrived on scene about 1:30 a.m. and found Williams unconscious. He was later pronounced dead.

According to Davis, there were several people at the club at the time. Investigators are asking anyone who was there and may have left to call Davis at 876-4555.
