Lee Road, Oct. 1
An officer responded to Lee Road in reference to possible threats.
The officer made contact with the complainant who reported she received a voicemail from the suspects stating they wanted her to meet them somewhere and when she refused to they said they were going to find her and beat her. She also said she received another phone call again stating they wanted her to meet and talk about what happened.
W. Gen. Stewart Way, Oct. 2
An officer was dispatched to West Gen. Stewart Way in reference to a burglary.
The officer made contact with the complainant who reported he left the front door of his residence unlocked when he went to bed Sept. 29. He advised he did not notice the laptop was missing until the next afternoon.
There were no signs of forced entry into the apartment.
The complainant said the laptop has a “loose key or two” and the “paint is rubbed off the mouse area.” He was unable to locate the serial number.
The officer advised him to contact police if he found the number so it could be added to the report.
Glenn Bryant Road, Oct. 3
An officer was dispatched to Glenn Bryant Road in reference to a harassing text message on the complainant’s phone from the suspect. The message stated “if you beg me before I get there I promise we won’t bury your brother.” The complainant stated there is already a warrant for the suspect from magistrate court for harassing phone calls and terroristic threats.
E.G. Miles Parkway, Oct. 3
An officer was dispatched to E.G. Miles Parkway in reference to a harassing communication call. The complainant said about two weeks ago a white male stopped at the repair shop to turn in a vehicle for Fort Stewart.
The complainant said after the man left, he called a few times and made advances toward her. She advised the man she was a happily married and told him not to call again. The complainant said he didn’t call anymore but when he came into the shop Oct. 3 he apologized and then walked around the counter and kissed her. She backed away and told him not to do that again. The complainant said the offender asked about the health of her husband and asked her not to tell him what happened. She also said the man told her he knew where she lived.
