May 16: Disorderly conduct and aggressive driving — A Hinesville resident reported that she was in the Food Lion grocery store on Highway 196 West when she was approached by a woman who insulted and verbally harassed her. The complainant left the store and headed home on Highway 196 West behind the woman who harassed her when the woman stopped her vehicle, causing the complainant to swerve around her. The suspect then passed the complainant and stopped at a 90-degree angle to the complainant near Highway 196 West and Elim Church Road. After forcing the complainant to stop, the suspect reportedly sped off on Elim Church Road.
