April 16: Simple battery/family violence/criminal trespass — A woman said her live-in boyfriend pushed and shoved her during a heated argument inside their Victory Manor Mobile Home residence. She said she called 911 so her boyfriend left the house but not before punching the wall and leaving a big hole in the wall. She refused medical treatment.

Theft by taking (misdemeanor) — A former roommate tried to make off with a laptop computer as she started packing items to move out of state. A woman said her former roommate had taken her laptop without her knowledge. She said her friend noticed her former roommate packing up items and realized she was packing the laptop. The woman said she confronted her former roommate and advised she was calling the police. She told the police the woman returned the laptop before the cops arrived but she still wanted the matter filed on record.

April 17
Burglary — A man returned home from the grocery store and as he was unlocking the front door of his Live Oak Drive house he heard the back door slam shut. He called police after looking around the house and finding his computer, gaming system and $80 in cash were taken from the house.

April 18
Suspicious acts — A woman claimed a man she had met online would not stop calling her. The woman thought the man lived in New Orleans, but could not provide any additional information.
The woman asked that the incidents be documented.
