Deputies were dispatched to a vacant lot when they received a report that a tow-truck that knocked down a fence and was attempting to remove a 1957 Chevy Belair. The complainant, who was authorized by the owner of the vacant lot to care for the property, approached the driver to find out what he was doing. He informed the deputies that the tow truck driver stated he was authorized by the Realtor showing the property to remove the vehicle. Deputies called the owner and the Realtor who stated that they did not authorize anyone to remove the vehicle.

A man that witnesses described as being extremely intoxicated was harassing the customers at the Friendly Express and continually dropping his pants. When police took him into custody he was loud and belligerent and continued to curse at the police while being taken to jail where he had to be tased.

A complainant informed deputies that someone was leaving inappropriate messages on her answering machine. Deputies were allowed to take the answering machine into evidence to continue the investigation. The complainant believes it may have something to do with a young girl she looked after once.

Someone broke into a first floor area of the Fairfield Inn, currently under construction, and took six boxes containing sleeper sofas.

Complainant informed deputies that someone broke two deadbolt locks that he had just changed and took some items from the room. He stated that he had changed the locks because the previous tenant had not paid rent and the tenant had been given notice to pay the past due rent or vacate the building. He told the deputies that the only items that were missing were the ones that belonged to the former tenant.
