Rosie Payne, 54, of Ludowici was charged with murder on Tuesday in the death of Doris Warshup, 50.
The investigator handling the case was unavailable for comment late in the week so few details about the arrest have been reported. Long County Chief Investigator Ty Smith did say the women lived together on Arnold Drive.
