Fort Stewart Garrison Commander Col. Kevin W. Milton and Command Sgt. Maj. James E. Ervin present a certificate of appreciation to Hinesville Police Chief George Stagmeier in recognition of the department’s contributions to the 2009 July 4th celebration on Fort Stewart.  Milton and Ervin attended the monthly Hinesville Military Affairs Committee meeting to present certificates of appreciation to other members for their support and help with this year’s celebration.
