A Ludowici couple was robbed at gunpoint last week by a man who posed as their son and a group of unidentified suspects.
Ludowici Police Department Officer Diannia Duncan said that at around 11 p.m. Oct. 30, a man and his wife were in bed in their Cottage Street home when they heard someone knocking at the door.
The husband went to the door and asked who was outside. A man identified himself as the couple’s son, who happened to have been out with his friends.
