The man who began yelling reportedly rents property from the complainant.

Matter of record (shots fired report)
— A deputy was sent to the Walthourville area in reference to shots fired. The source of the gun shots reportedly was located at the end of Cynthia Lane in Allenhurst as the deputy discovered two offenders shooting at a target on the ground in the wood line near the railroad tracks. They did not have any type of back stop. The deputy reportedly advised the men — determined to be soldiers — that they could not shoot in the residential area and that the direction in which they were shooting backs up to Waters Estates.
