Vandals hit Falcons fans customized car

An Atlanta Falcons fan was let down twice last Sunday.

First, Hinesville resident Devon king had to watch as the Atlanta Falcons allowed the New England Patriots to pull the ultimate come from behind win during Super Bowl LI. It was the first overtime win in Super Bowl history with the Patriots edging out the 34-28 victory.

Then, King told an area news agency he got home from watching the game to find his customized Atlanta Falcons car had been vandalized outside his home.

According to a news report on WTOC, King said he saw something on the ground by his car. It turned out to be his side mirror. He also reported the driver’s side window was broken and the side of the car had been sprayed painted.

The Hinesville Police Department confirmed the report.

This is the second vandalized vehicle report in the city in the last two weeks.
