Queensborough National Bank and Trust Company announces the promotion of Melissa Deal to the position of regional manager. With 31 years of extensive experience in banking, Deal brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to her new role.

Over the past two years, Deal has overseen the introduction of Queensborough’s presence in the Hinesville market, expanding from one small loan office to a full-service branch, offering commercial lending, mortgages, wealth management, in addition to retail banking services.

Prior to joining Queensborough, Deal has served in various capacities within the banking sector in the Hinesville area, most recently as chief operations officer and commercial lender at The Heritage Bank.

In her new role, Deal will oversee a team of branch managers who will be responsible for leading the bank in the following markets: Hinesville, Swainsboro, Midville, Millen, Sylvania, and Metter.
