James Rogers was recently promoted to market president of the Hinesville market. Rogers brings 36 years of banking experience, the last 12 with Ameris where he most recently served as Hinesville city president.
Rogers is committed to community service having served on the boards of his local Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club and United Way. He currently serves on the boards of the Coastal Area District Development Authority, Mary Lou Fraser Community Support Foundation, and the Liberty County Public Facilities Authority, in addition to chairing the Hospital Authority of Liberty County.
He and his wife, Angie, live in Long County. They have three children and two grandsons.
Brad Danowski has been promoted to Ameris Bank SE GA Coast market president. Danowski most recently served as Brunswick city president and has 20 years of experience in the commercial banking industry. Danowski represents the bank on the local boards of the Chamber of Commerce, United Way and First Tee of the Golden Isles. Additionally, he was recently selected for the prestigious Leadership Georgia Class of 2024, where he will represent Ameris, alongside distinguished leaders from across the state.
Danowski resides on St. Simons Island with his wife, Kate, and their three sons.
