SAVANNAH — Savannah Technical College recognized 47 students for excellence in academics for the Summer 2023 Dean’s List. To be eligible for the dean’s list, a student must have at least a 3.5 GPA and have completed a minimum of 12 credit hours (or full-time) for that semester. These students represent 28.3% of the full-time students for Summer 2023.

Area students make summer dean’s list at Valdosta State

VALDOSTA — More than 300 distinguished and accomplished students were named to Valdosta State University’s Summer 2023 Dean’s List. Dean’s List honors are reserved for the highest achieving students at VSU. Making the Dean’s List were: Kaitlyn Cox of Glennville Kara Gill of Hinesville To qualify for Dean’s List at VSU, students must achieve a semester grade point average of 3.5 or higher on nine or more semester hours with an institutional grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Please note that developmental studies, transient, and graduate students are not eligible for Dean’s List status.
