The Liberty County Convention & Visitors Bureau is excited to announce that Emma Faircloth, Creative and Content Coordinator for the organization, was selected to attend the Southeast Tourism Society Marketing College and has received a scholarship for the course.

Since its inception in 1992, Southeast Tourism Society Marketing College has hosted tourism professionals for one week each year to provide a unique continuing education program for the travel and tourism industry. Upon completion of the three-year Marketing College curriculum, students receive a Travel Marketing Professional (TMP) certification, presented at a special graduation ceremony at STS Connections.

“We are very proud of Emma for her efforts,” said Leah Poole, Chief Executive Officer of the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce/CVB. “We know what she learns during this experience will be a great asset to help grow the travel and tourism industry in Liberty County.”
