Subpoenas handed out in Brown case

At least 12 people were subpoenaed in the case against Liberty County Administrator Joey Brown scheduled to begin Aug. 16, on charges of peeping tom and unlawful surveillance. One witness is currently incarcerated for assaulting a police officer, while two of the subpoenas were returned for individuals who no longer lived at the addresses on file.
