The Coastal Courier was proud to be asked to be a part of the making of this video. Courier videographer, Lawrence Dorsey, shot and edited the video telling Liberty County EMS' story, which also addresses PTSD and suicide awareness.

The video includes a medley of titles including: "The Lazy Song" by Bruno Mars, "Eye of the Tiger" by Survivor, "Why" by Rascal Flatts, "Cry Pretty" by Carrie Underwood, and "He Ain't Heavy, He's My Brother" by the Hollies.

For local EMTs, shooting the video brought up thoughts about the daily lives of their profession. Liberty County EMT Melissa Cook writes, "We can’t unsee what we have seen and have attempted to add a little humor to an otherwise serious profession . It’s just a bad day , not a bad life."
