Christmas will be a lot brighter for children who live in Hinesville’s low-income apartments thanks to a Hinesville car club.

The Chosen Liberty Corvette Club of Hinesville spent $2,000 on toys to ensure families with children living in the low-income apartments have a bright Christmas.

The club delivered bags filled to the top with toys Saturday to the managers of the three low-income apartment complexes to be distributed at a party this week.

The managers of the apartment complexes provided the sex and age of children to ensure each child receives a gift.
