Weichert, Realtors® - Real Estate Professionals partnered with two local animal rescue and shelter organizations to help raise money for each group through its “Paws for the Cause” campaign.

The Weichert® affiliate, located in Hinesville, raised $500 for both Carpathia Paws and the Georgia Animal Rescue & Defence.

“We were truly honored to partner with Carpathia Paws and the Georgia Animal Rescue & Defence,” said Aaron Duncan, the broker/owner of the Weichert® affiliate. “The effort put forth by these two organizations to rescue pets and help find them forever homes is simply amazing.”

Duncan and his team also encouraged the public to drop by its office to make a monetary contribution or donate pet supplies to each organization. The items donated included pet food and supplies, blankets, dog houses and old newspapers to use as pet bed liners.

“We can’t thank the public enough for everything they donated to help support our Paws for the Cause campaign,” added Duncan.

Carpathia Paws and the Georgia Animal Rescue & Defence are both registered 501(c)3 organizations.
