Dryden Properties, a Hinesville-based rental company, recently announced that Wyngrove Apartments is expanding.
Wyngrove Apartments is a gated rental community located on Grove Point Drive in Hinesville, just off Veterans Parkway near Fort Stewart Gate 8. Located next to the current structures, phase 2 of Wyngrove will consist of sic apartment buildings, a clubhouse, gated entrance and weight room. The expansion is currently in process and is expected to be completed by late summer 2019. The apartment buildings will consist of 152 units with new 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom floorplans, all including open air balconies or porches. A new entrance will also be constructed with gated access from Veterans Parkway. Leasing agreements will not be available until completion of the development; however, a waitlist will begin in spring 2019.

The expansion of our Wyngrove Apartments will allow more people to reside in Hinesville when they might not be ready to call our community their forever home,” said Claude Dryden, founder of Dryden Properties and Dryden Enterprises.
Currently, Wyngrove Apartments houses 140 units of varying plans. In addition to the expansion, Dryden Properties will be renovating existing units after the expansion is complete. Dryden Properties also manages The Arbors, Liberty Court and Liberty Place apartments, all in Hinesville.
