The Lady Tigers taught the Johnson Atom Smashers a lesson in chemistry when they took them apart in a 66-34 win Friday night.
It was a definite tribute to the senior’s being honored that night at the last home game of regular season play. Senior Desirae Curry (no. 12) put up 16 points in her last game of regular play for the Tigers.
In the beginning it was a close game as both team’s offense kept the scores coming and kept the game close, but toward the end of the second period the Lady Tigers began to pull ahead and maintained a comfortable lead.
Not to be outdone by the seniors, Seandre Lee (no. 14) put up 15 points, Jammie McLemore and Correnda Duvernay had eight points each.
