Bradwell Institute’s Girl Tigers beat the Liberty County High School Panthers 70-36 in varsity basketball in a non-conference game Nov. 17. No. 11 Jasmine Blevins was selected the Bradwell Institute Girls Basketball Player of the Game. 

Bradwell girls had 10 offensive rebounds, 26 defensive rebounds, 36 rebounds, 5 assists, 18 steals, one turnover and 20 fouls that game.

The Liberty County Boys varsity basketball team lost last Saturday’s home non-conference game against rival school Bradwell Institute by a close score of 60-59. No. 13 Cedric Golphin was selected the Bradwell Institute Basketball Player of the Game. 

TheTigers faced the Beach Bulldogs in a non-league game this past Monday. The Bulldogs entered the game with a 0-1 record after their 64-39 non-league loss to New Hampstead 

With the defeat on Nov. 17, Liberty County moved to 0-1 on the year. The Panthers traveled to Jenkins to face the Warriors in a non-league game Nov. 19. The Warriors entered the game with a record of 0-1. Jenkins lost 74-47 in a recent non-league game against Brunswick.
