Camden wins Class AAAAA

ATLANTA — Camden County High School completed an unbeaten season Saturday, winning its second Georgia High School Association Class AAAAA football championship with a 21-14 win over Peachtree Ridge.

The Wildcats scored all three of their touchdowns in the third quarter.

The Wildcats (15-0), who also won a title in 2003, are 108-10 in coach Jeff Herron's nine seasons. They are members of Region 3-AAAAA, which includes Hinesville school Bradwell Institute.
