Former Lady Tiger sets colleges hurdles record

According to the University of South Carolina-Upstate athletic website, Lady Spartan KeAndrea Ladson, a graduate of Bradwell Institute, set a school record in the 60-meter hurdles in the 2015-16 Atlantic Sun Indoor Track and Field Champtionship Feb. 26-27 in Macon.

Ladson posted an 8.80 second finish during the preliminaries. She topped that school record the following day in the finals with an 8.70 finish. She held the previous record of 8.93 seconds. She also tied for fourth place in the high jump and fifth in the pentathlon.

The Spartans competed at the NCAA Indoor Championships over the weekend.
