The Hinesville Gators soccer teams are performing well at the Georgia State Recreation District tournament at James Brown Park.
The U-12 girls are 1-1-1 and play Upson today at 12:30 p.m.
The girls lost 2-0 to Jesup Friday, but defeated Columbus 2-1 and tied CYSA 0-0.
The U-12 boys are 0-1-1 and play Columbus Arsenal today at 9:30 a.m. Also, playing at 9:30 a.m. are the Gator Green, who are 2-0. They play Moultrie.
The Green defeated the Gators 6-1 and Columbus 5-2. The Gators tied Moultrie 1-1.
The championship game is at 2 p.m.
In the U-14 league, the Gators are 1-1 and play CGSA Chivas today at 8 a.m.
The Gators lost 4-2 to Savannah Celtic, but beat Moultrie 5-2.
The finals are at 1 p.m. today.
