The First Presbyterian Christian Academy Highlander basketball team is still undefeated at 24-0 as they enter into the final four in Milledgeville.

After defeating Oak Mountain 90-75 last week, the Highlanders are set to play against Crisp County at 8:30 p.m. Friday.

Head coach Darrell West also had five of his players named to the 2009 GISA 2A All-Region Team. Joey Bell, Terrence Alston, Mike Brown Hakeem Golden and AJ Ansley were named to the elite region squad.

All five players also are the top five scorers in the entire region. Bell has scored 497 points, so far averaging 20.7 points per game. Ansley averages 14.9. Brown is hitting 12.7 per game. Alston is hitting 9.7 and Golden is at 9.2 per game.

Region rival Bethesda is also in the final four and is scheduled to play Dawson Street. If FPCA and Bethesda win, they will meet for the fourth time this season for the state title game Saturday.

FPCA is 3-0 against Bethesda this season and the Blazers are seeking revenge on the squad that beat them last year for the title. They are looking to hand the Highlanders their first loss of the season and take the crown.
