Former Bradwell Institute and Georgia State University football player Ulrick John was picked up by the Arizona Cardinals last week.
John was on the Miami Dolphin’s practice squad.

This is the second time John was plucked from a practice squad for active duty on another team.
John was originally a seventh-round pick out of Georgia State by the Colts and spent the 2014 season on the practice squad. He was signed to the

Dolphins’ roster from the Colts’ practice squad in 2015, appearing in two games.
The Cardinals signed John after placing veteran guard Evan Mathis on injured reserves.

Mathis is likely out the entire season with an ankle injury.
