Summer is short-lived for the Bradwell Lady Tiger softball players who will be preparing for a tough region schedule, which begins as soon as the new school year is under way.
Last year, the Lady Tigers had a relatively young squad with only one senior on the varsity team. In an effort to improve, coaches Sharyl and Jeff Eastlake are calling on their players to put away the tanning lotion and swap beach balls for softballs as they start their summer conditioning tonight at 6 at the school’s softball field.
The voluntary conditioning will continue every Tuesday and Thursday from 6-7:30 p.m. through July.
Current medical physicals are required to attend conditioning.
