Former Bradwell Institute track star Quintunya Chapman is one of the 10 University of Georgia athletes who have qualified for the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships on March 14-15 in Albuquerque, N.M., according to an announcement last week by the NCAA. Chapman, a junior at UGA, is ranked No. 16 in the nation and No. 8 in the Southeastern Conference in the pentathlon. According to a report on georgiadogs.com, Chapman bettered her score in the pentathlon by nearly 400 points at the SEC Championships to grab the 16th and final spot at the national meet.  Chapman scored 4,043 points to take eighth at the league meet  Feb. 22-24 in Fayetteville, Ark., and move to No. 5 on the school’s all-time list.
