The Mabel Creel Memorial Golf Tournament will take place Saturday at Cherokee Rose Country Club, 25 Cherokee Trail in Hinesville.
The tourney is a four-person scramble format with a 1:30 p.m. tee time.
The annual event raises funds for scholarships for local graduating seniors.
This year’s recipients are Phillip Swindell of Long County High School and Taylor Standard of Liberty County High School.
Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three teams, with awards also given for the longest drive and closest-to-the-pin winner.
Door prizes also will be given out. Lunch and dinner will be provided.
The entry fee is $60 per person or $240 per team.
