Danielle Elizabeth Durham and Courtney Ayana Chaney each received a $500 scholarship from the United States Bowling Congress. The two girls were given the scholarships at the Fort Stewart USBC’s annual board meeting at Club Stewart. The checks will help the girls cover college expenses.
Durham, a soccer and softball player at Bradwell, plans to continue her education at Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green. She plans to major in chemistry and pharmacology.
Chaney will attend the University of Georgia in Athens. She plans to major in biology and continue her premed studies.
Both ladies will graduate from Bradwell Institute on Friday.
