Long Co. baseball to have four nights of honor this month

The Long County High School baseball team will have four special honorary nights in April at its home games.

April 8 at the Pierce County game will be Coach Raymond Fulcher Night.

Current and former players will be on hand with Fulcher’s family as a sign is hung to honor the late coach.

April 20 at the Bradwell Institute game will be Military Appreciation Night.

At this game, all members of the military who show their ID cards will be admitted to the game for free. These service members also will be
recognized prior to the game.

April 26 at the Brantley County game will be Recreation Night.

On this night, all Long County Recreation Department players and coaches who wear their uniforms to the game will be admitted for free.

Also, during the playing of the National Anthem, these future Blue Tide stars will be able to stand with the varsity players.

April 28, which is the Vidalia game and the final home game for the 2011 season, will be Senior Night.

All Blue Tide seniors and their families will be recognized and honored.
