Pitch for a cure
The third annual Pitch for a Cure softball tournament will be March 23 at James Brown Park in Hinesville. Entry fee is $150 per team. Registration deadline is March 18. Registration under way for soccer

All-Stars tryouts for grades 5-8

Junior ABA Training at YMCA

South Georgia Kings prep for AAU season

Student ticket policy changed
Due to the expected high turnout for baseball’s season-opening weekend against Georgia, the Georgia Southern athletic department has set a special student-ticket policy for the weekend.
Students wishing to attend the Feb. 15-17 Georgia series will need to pick up their tickets at the athletic ticket office in the Cowart building on Lanier Drive.
Tickets will be available from 9-4 p.m. through Thursday.
No tickets will be available the day of the game.
Students must present their valid Georgia Southern ID at the ticket-office window.  
Students will receive a ticket for each game of the series and must present their student ID at the gate.
