Coastal Crew Rebels coaches meeting
The St. James Coastal Crew Rebels organization will host a coaches meeting at 3 p.m. Sunday Jan. 20 at the St. James Sports Center. All current coaches and anyone interested in becoming a coach are encouraged to attend the meeting. The Rebels also will be accepting applications for kids interested in playing for the Rebels’ basketball teams. Applications are open to players in sixth through 11th grades. Doubles tournament set at Marne Lanes
Marne Lanes will host a Valentine’s Day nine-pin no-tap scotch doubles tournament from 1-3 p.m. Feb. 9. Early team registrations are $25 until Feb. 2. Walk-in registrations are $30 the day of the event. Registration is cash only. Sign-up begins one hour before each shift.
Participants must be 18 and older. There will be at least one prize for every 10 entries.

Junior ABA Training at YMCA
Training to develop future American Basketball Association players is from 1-3 p.m. Sundays at the YMCA. It is open to boys and girls ages 6-14. There is a one-time $20 registration fee and a weekly fee of $10. For more information, call 912-610-3092.
